This is a Great White Castle. They have very fast drive-thru service the food is always hot and tasty. The inside is also open to eat in if you desire.

Burgers are always fresh at this location. Service is pretty fast unless you are ordering a crave case but what do u expect for 30 sliders? Order on the app and it will be ready. They always give me lots of mustard like I ask for which is appreciated because some try to be skimpy and I need one mustard per slider for my fam!

Believe Damien took our order very friendly guy and made you feel welcomed, plus gave me Sr. discount without asking! The 1st order of 11 burgers were warm,and onions rings were hot, went bk and ordered 4 more sliders and they were piping hot like we like them

Welcome to the porcelain palace! Except the porcelain is missing. We really appreciated having Coke freestyle and the good service from the counter, which sometimes is lacking at a white castle. The cashier was completely accurate with the order and went out of their way to make sure we had all the condiments we wanted. Everything was fresh and well cooked. Again, the food is fast food so you can’t compare to a Michelin star restaurant. But this was among the tastier white castles we’ve visited. Oh, and we’re typing this from a location with a very fast Internet connection on top of it all!

My family and decided to dine in today instead of the drive thru and the kindness was incredible and the food was prepared quickly and very well. The staff was even waving and smiling at my 2 year old son while we were eating. It was a very pleasant experience for our lunch.

Went through the drive up in Bourbonnais, IL. Lady was very professional from taking my order to when I pulled away from the window. I ordered a Crave Clutch with 10 regulars and 10 cheese. SO YUMMY!

I usually always come through here on my way to Chicago and to be honest I usually don't eat with the anticipation of knowing we will stop here at White Castle. Service is always good or great as well as fast and efficient. In the South there are no White Castles so growing up we don't have a reference however I'm sure where corporate White Castle is very familiar with Krystal as a QSFE. This was a father and son trip for us. My son's first opportunity to have a White Castle versus a sack full of Krystal
